Appointments

calendarTo make an appointment, please visit the eConsult page and fill out a questionnaire, or phone our Reception team on 01922 622212.

Please try to see your usual Doctor. We will always see emergencies the same day; otherwise try to make routine appointments in good time.

You have the right to express a preference to receive services from a particular Doctor or Nurse. Where possible we will comply with your request.

eConsult

eConsult

Appointments at the surgery are now being booked through our eConsult service. eConsult is an online service that allows you to request a call back from a Doctor without having to call the surgery, along with other administrative requests like sick notes, or general queries. It does not require an account like other online services, and your consultations get sent straight to the appropriate clinician.

Patients can upload a photo during an 'I want general advice' eConsultation as well as some clinically relevant condition questionnaires. We are working towards rolling out more clinically relevant questionnaires that support adding pictures. For more information on how to add photos to your eConsultation watch the video tutorial by clicking here.

eConsult is now available for patients registered at Rushall Medical Centre via the NHS App which can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play Store. You can access this service by selecting "check your symptoms" or "ask your GP for advice" in the app. (Please note: submitting photos or forms on behalf of a minor are not currently supported in the NHS app, please use the website).

We have compiled a brief leaflet explaining eConsult and its benefits which you can download below.

Introduction to eConsult

If you are still struggling to use the eConsult service, feel free to give our Receptionists a call and we will help you.

Telephone Access

A Receptionist will always be available for emergencies and to answer general enquiries. Telephone the surgery on 01922 622212 between 08:00 & 18:00 Monday - Friday.

Nurse Practitioners

We have a Nurse Practitioner who works with our Doctors to provide advanced nursing services. When making an appointment to see a Doctor you may be offered a consultation with our Nurse Practitioners who will be able to advise on many common conditions and illnesses.

Patients with Carers

If you have a carer, even if they are not registered with the Practice, we may be able to assist your carer with help through Social Services or support groups. Please ask the doctor for details.

Cancellations

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
