Family & Friends Information

We like to invite all our patients to provide us here at Rushall Medical Centre with feedback of any variety.  You can do this by clicking here to fill out our Friends and Family questionnaire and anonymously state how likely you would recommend this surgery to your friends and family.

We have looked at our family and friends feedback and have noticed a common theme regarding some patients being unhappy they are not receiving antibiotics.

We would like to take this opportunity to explain how we are a forward thinking practice who are following RCGP guidelines to provide the best possible care to our patients that we can.  Whilst it is unfortunate patients feel they are not receiving antibiotics when they think they should have, we would like to remind you that antibiotics are not always the answer and the GPs decision will always be in your best interest.

The following video is taken from the European antibiotic awareness day campaign.
