How to access exercises prescribed by First Contact Physiotherapists

How to access your Prescribed exercises on your computer via Physiapp (Click to expand)

Step 1:

You will receive an email from your First Contact Physiotherapist either ‘Mak’ or ‘Chidi’. If you haven’t received an email, please check your junk folder

Step 2:

Click on ‘Open in your browser’ to see the screen below

Step 3:

You will have a code automatically entered in the section ‘Enter your program code’

Step 4:

Then please enter your birth year into the section which states ‘Enter your year of birth’

Step 5:

Then Click ‘Access your program’

Step 6:

This will bring you to this screen

Step 7:

Click the box ‘I agree to the Terms of service’

Step 8:

Click ‘Next’

Step 9

This will bring you to this page

Step 10:

Click on ‘Start Outcome Measure’

Step 11:

You will be brought to an outcome measure survey

(As seen below)

Step 12:

Click on yes or no to answer the questions appropriately

Step 13:

Click next, this will take you through to the next question until the survey has been completed

Step 14:

Once you have completed the survey – click ‘Continue’

Step 15:

This will bring you to this screen which will show you your exercises you need to complete

How to access your prescribed exercises on a smartphone using via Physiapp (Click to expand)

Step 1:

If you have an android smart phone click on the ‘Play Store’

Step 2:

Once you’ve clicked Play Store, Type ‘Physiapp’ in the search bar at the top of the ‘Play Store’

Step 3:

Click install

Step 4:

Once the app has installed, click open

Step 5:

Enter your ‘Programme code’ and Year of birth’ in the appropriate boxes.

Step 6:

Click the 3 boxes on the right side of the screen to agree to the terms and conditions

Step 7:

Select your preferences and click next

Step 8:

You should arrive at a screen that shows your exercises for the day and the rest of the week

Step 9:

Click on an exercise to show detailed information about it and to mark it as completed for the day
